Debit or credit card 
If paying by debit or credit card a surcharge of 1.3% is payable on this transaction. This is charged by Council to recover the amount charged by credit card companies to process the payment.
Please note: LIM reports are available for vacant land (sections) but property files are not. There is other important information available for vacant land e.g. geotechnical reports, information on services etc.
Property files are unable to be opened on mobile phones, tablets or iPads.

Street addresses and mailbox numbers can sometimes differ to information held by Council. LIM report and Property File applications will be processed based on the legal description of the address being ordered. Please check the legal description is accurate before making payment.
