Change to LIM reports (building section) effective 13 April 2026
From Monday, 13 April 2026, the building section in LIM reports will no longer include discretionary items. This means you won't see site, floor, or elevation type plans, third party reports or other discretionary pieces of information such as inspection reports, letters, and code compliance certificates. These items will continue to be available in council's property file which is recommended to be ordered as part of due diligence.
As-Built plans will continue to be available in the building section as a mandatory item. The summary pages of the LIM report will continue to advise on any relevant permits and consents issued including a description of work, the status of a Code Compliance Certificate where applicable, and any other items deemed relevant.
